Shipping:

Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 4PM EST, paid with credit card without complication and. Exceptions to this policy are items are not in stock or are expected to arrive. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with whats on the credit card record, and orders that cant be verified by phone. Standard Orders will be processed and shipped by UPS Ground Track. We will only ship within the continental united states. Returns:

Items must be returned within 15 Days of purchase in resaleable condition.
Custom Assemblies or Custom Builds will have
a minimum of 10% applied as a restocking fee.
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to invidual boxed product. Opened or unsealed software is Not returnable. Sunnytech, Inc. support must be contacted prior to a return so you may receive a valid RMA#. Your return must include this number on the package and must be shipped complete with all manuals, cables and accessories with the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items will only be accepted by pre-paid shipping {Insurance is recommended}
